We offer a full range of maintenance contracts for the SLA 250®, SLA 500®, SLA 350®, SLA 3500®, SLA 5000® SLA 7000® and Viper Si2® (Registered Trademarks of 3DSystems.Inc). Our service and maintenance contracts are designed around the individual customer's needs. If your requirements do not extend to maintenance contracts, then we are able to offer value-for-money service visits.
We offer a full range of stereolithography resins from DSM Somos®. DSM Somos has developed a full line of ProtoFunctional® rapid prototyping materials that replicate the performance parameters of production materials, saving both time and money in new product development. From thermoplastic elastomers to polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS, Somos has ProtoFunctional solutions for multiple applications including: Functional Models, Fit/Assembly, General Purpose, Investment Casting, Snap Fit, Injection Molding/Direct Tooling and Wind Tunnel Testing.
For the SLA 250® we stock the Melles Griot 40mw and 50mw HeCd lasers.
We are also able to upgrade SLA 250® systems to use solid state lasers. This enhancement gives the SLA 250® more power, a better beam profile and access to the newest resins designed for solid state systems.
For the SLA 500® we supply the Avia Ultra 2000 solid state laser from Coherent. We currently upgrade the SLA 250® and SLA 500® with solid state lasers which are now widely used due to their superior efficiency, stability, reduced operating costs and compact size. Lasers supplied by Sibco are not pro-rated. They come with a full manufacturer's warranty.
We offer 2500 hours warranty for all HeCd lasers.
We offer 5000 hours warranty for all solid state lasers.
Sibco maintains a large inventory of spare parts for all your SLA® equipment. We carry replacement laser heads and diode packs for Spectra Physics lasers used on your SLA® systems equipment. We also stock Melles Griot HeCd lasers for immediate delivery to the customer site.
Replacement Diode packs
If your budget or needs do not justify purchasing a new Rapid Prototyping system, we can provide used SLA® systems machines for at least 50% below the cost of new equipment. Not only will we provide you with the equipment, but we will install it, maintain it, and train your employees to operate it to successfully produce the most accurate parts.
